What is Skating by the Sea?
This winter, embrace the season by visiting
Hotel del Coronado and taking a spin around their beachfront ice skating rink at
Skating by the Sea. The rink is open from November 26th to January 5th and is perfect for a date night, an evening outing with friends, or an afternoon of family bonding.
Don’t have a pair of skates? Don’t worry! Skate rentals are included in ticket pricing, which means you’ll be ready to hit the ice in no time. Skating by the Sea is also hosting a special skating event: Chanukah on Ice on December 26th. You won’t want to miss out on the Pacific views and hours of skating rink fun.
Tickets are available online for $30 per person or at the rink for $35. Discounted entry is available for guests with a military ID. Proceeds from Skating by the Sea benefit
Make-A-Wish San Diego, so you can give back to the community while practicing your triple lutz.
Frostbite: A Place to Chill
If you’re looking for a cool place to relax, you’ll want to reserve a rinkside lounge at
Frostbite. New this year, kick back around a fireplace, order from a special holiday menu, and make the most of your skating experience. Reservations can be made for a 90-minute Frostbite session, which includes four to six skating passes. Combine lounge reservations for larger parties to accommodate groups of any size!
